Ian is a lecturer and researcher based at University of Hertfordshire, with a specialism in games and motivation. As a practitioner, he’s worked in the tabletop roleplaying game field for thirteen years, designing critically acclaimed and award-winning games such as Slaine, The Red Star, Conan, and Armageddon 2089, as well as writing and editing many game supplements. He has run game design events at the ICA’s pre-conference on the Power of Play, at Worldcon 2014, and as local game jams. He has written chapters in two upcoming works, Zones of Control and The Game Love Reader.

I work for Unity Technologies as lead screencaster in charge of online training. I have signed up for the Global Game Jam at the University of Hertfordshire. I believe you are the organizer. I can’t seem to find any contact info on the page. Part of this is just to make contact… but also, as I come representing Unity, I can bring some swag and some other goodies, such as some swag, sweepstakes url, etc..
