Anna is a PhD student at the University of Leeds. She holds a BA in Journalism and Social Communication (University of Warsaw) and MA in Media and Communication (Sheffield Hallam University). Anna’s thesis is titled: “The Video Game Industry after the Collapse of the Iron Curtain. A Case of Polish Video Game Development”. Her PhD is supervised by Professor Kate Oakley and Dr Nicholas Robinson.
Her main research interests concern new media, work in the cultural industries and political economy of the video game industry.
